Preparing for any medical licensing exam has always been about reinforcing high yield concepts with exam-style practice questions. The same logic holds true for the Canadian medical licensing exams, administered by the Medical Council of Canada (MCC). At Northern Dx (aka Diagnosis), the mission is simple – offer shelf exams (similar to the United States licensing exams) but using the MCC Objectives as a roadmap. The goal is to ultimately help future Canadian physicians prepare for the real exam by simulating exam-worthy questions with a similar degree of difficulty. Plus, all their questions come with explanations and credible external links to ensure Canadian medicine and practice guidelines are tested.
