📢 Another new leadership role we're hoping to for the International Medical Graduate Conference & Expo 2026
About the role: With IMGCE2026 running over 3 days in 2026, we're finally able to build out our much anticipated educational programming with the NEW Educational Passport - a high-impact track of lectures, workshops, and curated sessions over 3 days - ideal for aspiring healthcare leaders & pre-meds, IMGs, ITPs and IEHPs, alike! Attendees will collect “stamps” for each session they attend, and those completing a certain number of sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion to showcase proudly on their CVs, LinkedIn, and professional portfolios.
🎯 The Role: IMGCE Passport Program Coordinator
We’re looking for 1-2 rockstar individuals to quarterback this exciting new initiative. In this role, you’ll:
✅ Curate & Organize Programming: Work with our core team to plan and schedule a series of Canada-focused healthcare talks and sessions across three days.
✅ Coordinate with Speakers: Liaise with representatives from national & provincial health authorities, medical organizations, and individual healthcare professionals.
✅ Oversee Implementation: Manage logistics for session delivery, ensuring attendees get their “passport stamps” at each session.
✅ Build Recognition Pathways: Help shape how participants’ attendance and learning achievements are recognized and celebrated.
✅ Remote & Flexible: Contribute just a few hours per week leading up to the event, working remotely from home.
