The ITHP bridging program at Toronto Metropolitan University's Chang School of Continuing Education provides internationally educated professionals with Canadian-specific education and skills required to gain employment and hands-on support to ensure their success. This unique opportunity helps learners attain non-licensed healthcare employment in areas such as health research, health informatics, data analysis, and health administration (alternative careers in healthcare).
